A 25-year-old man was arrested on Thursday in Coimbra, suspected of causing serious bodily harm to an 18-year-old male, the PSP announced today.
The Coimbra District Command of the PSP reported that law enforcement was called to address a disturbance at a residence in the Santo António dos Olivais area, discovering that the victim had “been attacked with a kitchen knife”, necessitating hospital transportation.
Also on Thursday, a 67-year-old man was detained in Figueira da Foz, Coimbra district, for driving a vehicle with a blood alcohol level of 1.88 grams per liter.
