According to DECO PROTeste, “the new Revolut accounts have a Portuguese IBAN, allowing salary domiciliation, integration with MB Way, unlimited and fee-free withdrawals, among other operations.”
“Customers with accounts prior to the branch opening in Portugal will receive the Portuguese IBAN in the coming weeks,” explained the consumer protection organization.

They added that it is “an intermediate stage in the distribution process of inherited assets: until a formal division of these assets is made through a sharing process, the inheritance remains undivided, meaning the inheritance assets are regarded as a whole and jointly belong to the heirs, without each one having a specific share of a particular asset.”
Former Minister of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security Ana Mendes Godinho criticized the proposed labor changes by the current government on Monday, citing them as a 200-year regression.
“We made a giant leap regarding leave policies to promote a better balance between professional and family life, and two years later, there’s a setback? Are we regressing 200 years in labor legislation?” Ana Mendes Godinho questioned in an Instagram post.
Ana Mendes Godinho further noted that the “AD (Democratic Alliance) labor reform returns to the old precarious formulas and undermines the rights of young people and women.”
