Iberia with new destinations and more flights to Brazil in the winter

Iberia has announced new long-haul international routes to Brazil’s Recife, starting December 13, and Fortaleza, starting January 19, with three weekly flights to each destination. These additions are part of Iberia’s Flight Plan 2030, aimed at strengthening the airline’s position in strategic markets and enhancing connectivity in the Americas and Europe in the coming years.

The Spanish airline will also increase flights in key markets in Latin America and North America in the upcoming months, including Rio de Janeiro, which will have seven weekly flights in February to coincide with the carnival season. In the United States, Iberia expands with flights to Orlando and increased frequencies to New York, Boston, and Washington. Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic will see up to two daily connections, and San Juan in Puerto Rico will reach 14 weekly flights.

In Europe, Amsterdam, Paris, and Rome will have more flights available, while winter destinations such as Innsbruck, Tromso, and Rovaniemi return for the season.
