The Frente Comum de Sindicatos da Administração Pública has submitted its demands for 2026 to the Ministry of Finance today, calling for a 15% salary increase with a minimum of 150 euros, effective from January 1.
The demands also include raising the base salary of public administration (minimum wage for public service) to 1,050 euros and updating the meal allowance to 12 euros.
The Frente Comum is also requesting the repeal of the SIADAP evaluation system, proposing a replacement with a “quota-free, formative, and transparent system.”
