Following a weekend that felt like autumn, the heat has returned. Will it persist? The Portuguese Institute for Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) indicates that on Thursday, October 2, the sky will be slightly cloudy with a slight decrease in maximum temperature along the coast.
The IPMA reports that the sky will be “slightly cloudy or clear, with periods of increased cloudiness in the southern interior during the afternoon, and cloudiness may increase in some coastal areas north of Cabo Raso from late morning onward.”
The wind will blow “light to moderate from the north/northwest on the west coast during the afternoon and from the north/northeast in the highlands until mid-morning and from late afternoon.”
There will also be a “slight decrease in maximum temperature along the coast north of Cabo Raso” and a “slight increase in the interior Centro and South.”
