The Judicial Police (PJ) announced that the fires were set using open flames, targeting a waste container and three motorcycles.
The PJ indicated that one of the fires posed a threat of spreading to nearby residences.
The suspect was brought before a judicial hearing for detained defendants, where the court imposed the measure of periodic reporting to authorities.
