“It is a process that takes some time because it involves the Ministry of Cohesion, the Agency for Cohesion, the PRR Mission Unit, and then contact with the European Commission. I hope it will be this year [the reinforcement] because, after all, it is PRR funding and it’s very urgent to execute it. Fortunately, it’s a program that executes well and I am hopeful for this reinforcement, because it ensures that we will execute,” said the Minister of the Environment in statements to SIC Notícias.
Concerning the process, the minister assures that the application will remain online: “These are the guidelines we have to make everything more digital. But it is very simple. What we advise is to go to the Parish Council or ADENE spaces where they will be assisted. It takes less than five minutes to complete.”
