
According to Sony Music Portugal in a statement released today, “two special concerts” are scheduled for May 2 at the Coliseu dos Recreios in Lisbon and June 6 at the Coliseu do Porto.
Tickets are already on sale, with prices ranging from 23 to 50 euros for the Coliseu dos Recreios and from 20 to 45 euros for the Coliseu do Porto.
Currently in the United States for a series of concerts, Carminho will perform on Friday in Danbury and on Monday in Philadelphia, after also visiting cities such as Chicago and New York.
Meanwhile, in November, Carminho will tour Latin America, with performances scheduled in Mexico City (November 4), Panama (November 6), Bogotá (November 8), Lima (November 11), Santiago, Chile (November 13), Buenos Aires (November 15), Montevideo (November 19), Rio de Janeiro (November 23), São Paulo (November 24), and Brasília (November 26).
Before the year ends, the Portuguese fado singer, who is featured on Rosalía’s new album, has performances scheduled in Spain, in Madrid on December 2 and in Huelva on December 12, and in Portugal, at the Teatro-Cinema de Fafe on December 6.
Carminho’s new album, ‘Eu Vou Morrer de Amor ou Resistir’, released on October 10, includes poems by Ana Hatherly and Amália and features collaborations with American artist Laurie Anderson and pianist Mário Laginha.
