The original work, published by the London-based Thames & Hudson, is now available in Portugal through Marcador. Touted as “the definitive visual history of Iron Maiden,” it showcases over 600 color illustrations, including photographs by Ross Halfin and John McMurtrie, iconic album covers, stage props, handwritten lyrics, and rare items from the official archive and personal collections of the band members.
Described by the publisher as a visual and biographical reference, the volume features a foreword by Steve Harris, Iron Maiden’s founder and bassist, and an afterword by vocalist Bruce Dickinson, reflecting on the band’s longevity and cultural impact.

With 352 pages and a commemorative hardcover edition, “Infinite Dreams — Iron Maiden” compiles rare and unseen images, as well as backstage stories spanning five decades of their career, from the early gigs in London pubs to the world tours that established the band as one of the most influential names in heavy metal.
According to the publisher, the book was created with the direct involvement of the band members and their management team, as well as artists and collaborators from various eras, resulting in a “meticulously compiled visual chronicle” aimed at both fans and new followers.
The global release of the book occurred on October 7 and it is now arriving in Portugal, with publication rights already sold to several countries.
