At 12:25 PM (Lisbon time), shares in the Portuguese oil company were valued at €15.28 per share, having reached €14.67 per share earlier in the trading session.
This development follows the Portuguese oil company’s announcement of an agreement with TotalEnergies, whereby TotalEnergies will acquire a 40% stake in its Mopane project in Namibia, in exchange for a 10% stake and another 9.4% stake in the French oil company’s projects in the African country.
