“It has partially reopened. Traffic is moving in the left lane, while the right lane remains restricted,” a source stated.
Around 10:15 a.m., seven operatives and three vehicles were still on the scene, according to the National Authority for Emergency and Civil Protection (ANEPC).
The road was closed around 7:00 a.m. today following a collision between two light vehicles, resulting in two injuries, one of which is serious, according to Viseu Dão Lafões Sub-regional Command.
