In Porto and Faro airports, which are receiving flights diverted from Lisbon, operations continue with restrictions due to the current situation.
ANA, the airport operator, advised passengers to await contact from their airlines before heading to the airport and assured that passengers at the airport are receiving assistance from ANA teams on the ground, providing information and distributing water and food supplies.
Logistical support is also being organized for those who may need to stay overnight in the terminal, ANA added.
The situation is scheduled to be reassessed at 9:00 PM.
