
Construction costs rose by 3.8% in March, as reported by the National Statistics Institute (INE) on Friday.
“In March 2025, it is estimated that the construction costs for new housing increased by 3.8% year-over-year (3.2% in the previous month),” states the report.
The INE highlights that the price of materials showed a change of 1.1%, while labor costs saw a rise of 7.1%.
