Firefighters from various departments responded on Friday to a fire at a tanning salon in NorteShopping, located in Matosinhos, as confirmed by a source from the Porto District Command of Relief Operations (CDOS).
Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and the flames have been successfully extinguished, contained entirely within the tanning salon.
The emergency call was received at 11:45 AM. A total of 20 firefighters from four different fire departments—Leixões, São Mamede de Infesta, Matosinhos – Leça, and Leça do Balio—were deployed to the scene.
