The Lisbon Metropolitan Command of the PSP reported that 45 foreign citizens were inspected, all of whom were found to be in regular status within the national territory.
The security force further stated that a report was filed for the crime of aiding illegal immigration, without providing justification for this action.
The Cometlis noted the operation took place “in a warehouse used for illegal housing purposes, lacking any form of licensing,” and was part of a broader inspection initiative targeting foreign citizens.
The warehouse is located in São João da Talha, Loures.
In the operation, six PSP brigades were involved, along with members of the Municipal Police and the Loures City Council.
The operation “occurred without incident” and was coordinated and planned by the Foreigners and Border Control Unit and the Loures Police Division of the PSP.
