The Euromillions results for this Friday have been revealed with no winner for the first prize of 86 million euros, as no participant managed to match all five numbers and the two stars required.
However, a ‘lucky’ player elsewhere narrowly missed by only one star and thus secured the second prize, amounting to 762,238.81 euros.
Three out of the eight third prizes, each valued at 22,268.47 euros, are heading to Portugal, with the winners correctly guessing the numbers but missing the stars.
The jackpot has now increased to 97 million euros, which will be drawn on Tuesday, July 15th.
In Portugal, prizes exceeding 5,000 euros are subject to a 20% stamp tax, as per the existing legislation.
