A fire broke out late this afternoon at a factory in Cercal do Alentejo, Santiago do Cacém, according to the Civil Protection authorities.
Currently, there are 65 personnel and 25 vehicles at the scene, as reported on the official page of the National Civil Protection Authority.
The firefighters are working to prevent the flames from spreading to nearby factories.
