ERA achieves best ever revenue with 59.5 million in the 1st semester

The revenue for the second quarter was recorded at 32 million euros, showing a 28% growth compared to the same period in 2024 and a 14% increase from the previous quarter. This marks the best quarterly result ever for the network in Portugal.

June stood out with the second-highest monthly revenue since the company’s inception, achieving over 11 million euros in real estate commissions, a rise of 29% compared to June 2024.

“In line with the Government’s new measures to encourage home buying, especially among younger segments, ERA recorded over 180,000 new buyer clients in the first half of the year, representing an increase of 23% compared to the first six months of 2024,” the real estate company highlighted.

The first six months of the year were also marked by the United States entering the top five major markets of foreign clients, while Germany exited the list.

The ‘top 5’ foreign clients were composed of Brazil, representing about 2% of buyers, followed by the United Kingdom, France, Angola, and the USA.

During this period, the company also observed a 13% increase in the number of Portuguese nationality buyers in comparison to the same period in 2024.

By June, the number of real estate transactions exceeded 6,400, reflecting a 12% year-on-year growth and a total business volume of 1.2 billion euros.

The average selling price of residential properties at ERA was 225,000 euros, an increase of 3.7% in the second quarter, which represented a slowdown compared to the 5.8% growth recorded in the first quarter.

“The shortage of supply is still being felt, currently in a period of stagnation, which explains the deceleration in selling prices,” the real estate company pointed out.
