The National Statistics Institute (INE) reports that the median bank appraisal value for housing reached 1,911 euros per square meter in June, marking an increase of 25 euros compared to May.
“The number of bank appraisals considered was approximately 32,600, representing a decrease of 7.5% compared to the previous month and an increase of 2.8% year-on-year,” the INE states.
