The third edition of the festival celebrating local culture, music, and community will take place on Friday and Saturday at Parque da Ponte, according to promoter Bazuuca.
The musical lineup, featuring artists from various soundscapes, includes Bed Legs, MONSTRO, Saya, Tricla, TheVaults, Palas, Catarina Carvalho Gomes, xauxau dodô, the collective Boca de Sino, Homem em Catarse, Putlex, Cavalheiro, Tomás Alvarenga, and ALCRUD3 Live Band, who will perform on two stages.
Performances begin at 6:15 PM and continue “until dawn,” with DJ sets closing each day.
This edition will also see the return of the Creators Market, the Food Market, and an area “dedicated to activities for all ages, reinforcing its role as a space for intergenerational and creative celebration.”
Two workshops will be held during the festival, conducted by the art studio Do.w, focusing on Mask Creation and Cyanotype/Anthotype & Visual Composition.
The ESTEOESTE Festival is organized by the cultural association Aubhaus, formerly Cosmic Burger, and Bazuuca, with support from the Braga City Council.
A solidarity campaign to collect pet food for animal support associations will occur during the festival in collaboration with the New Pet brand. Attendees can “contribute with a symbolic amount, directly converted into pet food.”
In addition, New Pet will host two talks at the festival: ‘Nutrition for Companion Animals’ and ‘Dogs at Festivals: Everything You Need to Know.’
