According to the São José Local Health Unit (ULS), the injured individual is stable and has been transferred to Hospital Fernando Fonseca, as it is the healthcare facility within their residential area, allowing for recovery closer to family.

Currently, three injured patients from the Glória elevator derailment on Wednesday are hospitalized at ULS São José. Two are in a controlled condition, while one is in intensive care.

At Santa Maria Hospital, two individuals remain in intensive care, albeit in a stable condition, according to a hospital source who confirmed receiving a total of eight injured people on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, at São Francisco Xavier Hospital, three women are still in the intensive care unit but are medically stable.

The elevator derailment resulted in 23 injured individuals of various nationalities—13 with minor injuries and 10 seriously injured—who were taken to several hospitals in the Lisbon region. The incident also led to 16 fatalities, including five Portuguese, two South Koreans, one Swiss, three British, two Canadians, one Ukrainian, one American, and one French citizen.

The Glória elevator, connecting Restauradores with the São Pedro de Alcântara Garden in Bairro Alto over a distance of approximately 265 meters, is highly popular with tourists.
