The right lane in the Chaves/Vila Real direction remains closed, with traffic being diverted to the left lane, informed a source from the Alto Tâmega e Barroso Sub-Regional Command to Lusa.
Currently, only the motorway concessionaire’s personnel are on-site to remove the heavy vehicle from the highway, the source continued.
The incident occurred at approximately 06:15 a.m. at kilometer 33 of the A24, in the direction of Chaves/Vila Real.
