The leader of France’s National Rally party, Marine Le Pen, extended warm congratulations on social media platform X to her friend André Ventura, praising his tenacity, determination, and commitment that led to the creation of a powerful and popular patriotic movement.
On the same platform, the leader of the Spanish Vox party, Santiago Abascal, also congratulated Ventura for his performance in Portugal’s early legislative elections held on Sunday, highlighting the decline of bipartisanship.
“Patriotic and conservative forces are growing across European nations, in spite of health cordons and the media hegemony of globalist parties. Congratulations to all, especially to my dear friend André Ventura, who gave his all and was rewarded with second place, breaking the duopoly in Portugal,” Abascal stated.
The AD party emerged victorious in Sunday’s legislative elections, securing 89 seats, while both PS and Chega tied in the parliamentary seats, each garnering 58 seats.
Il y a trois ans, Chega, nos alliés au Parlement européen, obtenaient 7% pour leur première participation aux élections législatives portugaises. Ce soir, ils réalisent une remarquable performance avec près de 23%.
