About 120 occurrences recorded by 8:00 pm in Loures and Odivelas.

Authorities have reported approximately 120 incidents as a result of recent adverse weather conditions, according to a command spokesperson. The final figures are pending as teams remain active in the field, with around 400 personnel and 96 vehicles from the fire brigade and municipal civil protection services currently engaged in operations.

The spokesperson noted that all reported incidents were related to flooding on public roads or within residences, with no injuries recorded.

The national road 8 remains closed to traffic between Loures and Póvoa de Santo Adrião due to significant surface water.

Earlier, Hugo Santos, the sub-regional commander for Greater Lisbon, stated that heavy rainfall led to the overflow of the Trancão River near the Flamenga area in Lisbon. This situation resulted in road closures and necessitated the evacuation of some individuals from their vehicles.
