An accident involving a vehicle rollover near Praia da Torre in Oeiras has affected traffic on Avenida Marginal, heading towards Cascais, on Tuesday afternoon.
The Civil Protection website reported the accident alert was issued at 18:52, with 13 personnel and five vehicles on the scene.
Images from the location show the overturned vehicle and another damaged car.
By 20:15, traffic was flowing, albeit slowly, towards Cascais.
Efforts to contact Civil Protection for confirmation of possible casualties were unsuccessful.
