A vehicle crashed into the central barrier on the Segunda Circular, south-north direction, near the exit to Estrada da Luz.
The Lisbon Fire Brigade, still present at the scene, reported that the alarm was raised at 7:23 a.m. this Monday.
They also confirm there are no injuries and the driver is unharmed.
The vehicle remains on site, currently awaiting a tow truck.
The Lisbon Fire Brigade further indicates that the central barrier sustained damage, and they will likely remain at the location to assist with the situation.
Online images show the overturned vehicle on a slight slope by the roadside, having crossed the barriers.
Traffic remains restricted at the scene of the accident.
