The new logo for the ‘AD – Coligação PSD/CDS’ has been unveiled for the legislative elections scheduled for May 18. This will be the image featured on the voting ballots.
The coalition’s website already displays the new logo, and João Pedro Luís, the secretary-general of the Social Democratic Youth (JSD), has shared a photo of it on his social media accounts.
On Thursday, the Constitutional Court unanimously approved the ‘AD – Coligação PSD/CDS’ name.
Thus, the coalition led by Luís Montenegro has finalized its official name for the May legislative elections.
The body determined that there is “no impediment for the coalition between the Social Democratic Party (PPD/PSD) and the CDS – People’s Party (CDS-PP)” to run in the constituencies of the Continent, Madeira, Europe, and outside Europe under the acronym ‘PPD/PSD.CDS-PP’ and the name ‘AD – Coligação PSD/CDS’.
