The teacher and consultant Ricardo Arroja was appointed on June 3, 2024, to lead AICEP, which was dissolved at the same time by the government.
The replacement was enacted through a Council of Ministers Resolution (RCM) approving the replacement of the AICEP president with “a new president, an administrator already in office, Madelena Oliveira e Silva,” stated the minister at a press conference.
