
The American band Kings of Leon has canceled their scheduled performance at NOS Alive due to a “severe injury” to lead singer Caleb Followill, festival organizers announced on Wednesday.
“Due to circumstances beyond NOS Alive’s control and following a severe injury to Caleb Followill, the Kings of Leon concert at NOS Alive’25, set for July 12 at Passeio Marítimo de Algés, will not take place,” a statement released on social media reported.
The organizers stated they are “working to secure a new confirmation,” which will be announced “very soon.”
Information regarding tickets will be announced “very soon” on the NOS Alive website and official channels.

In a video shared on social media, the artist apologized “to the fans, especially those in Europe,” and explained that he broke his foot while playing with his children.
The NOS Alive festival is scheduled from July 10 to 12 and features headliners such as Olivia Rodrigo, Benson Boone, Anyma, Justice, Nine Inch Nails, and Foster the People. Daily tickets are priced at 84 euros.
