According to the agenda for the General Meeting and the proposals to be decided, published by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM), regarding the fiscal year 2024, Altri’s Board of Directors has proposed that the individual net result of the group, amounting to 97,783,306 euros, be allocated to dividends (61.5 million euros) and free reserves (36.2 million euros).
The company has stated that “the proposed distribution of profits and reserves will result in the payment of a gross dividend of 0.30 euros per share.”
The General Meeting will also deliberate on documents related to the 2024 accounts, conduct a general assessment of the company’s management and oversight, and vote on authorizing the Board of Directors to acquire and dispose of the company’s own shares and bonds up to the legal limit of 10%.
