The National Bank of Angola (BNA) has issued a statement addressing violations deemed “severe,” which stem from operations conducted in 2022. These infractions breach laws concerning the prevention and combating of money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

The regulator also asserts that its decision aligns with the Financial Institutions’ General Regime Law and is intended to discourage such practices.

Banco Keve’s primary shareholder is Spot Investimentos holding a 37% stake, followed by Rui Campos at 30% and Vasco Campos at 9%. The remaining 24% is categorized as others, based on information from the bank’s website.
