A 62-year-old woman has been arrested for allegedly committing a forest fire crime in Camarate, Lisbon, on September 25, the Polícia Judiciária (PJ) announced in a statement on Thursday.
According to the investigators, the fire was started using an open flame on land in Camarate, posing a threat to high-value property.
The suspect is scheduled to appear today for a preliminary judicial hearing at the Department of Investigation and Penal Action (DIAP) of Loures for the application of appropriate preventive measures.
