In a statement, ASAE announced that during Operation “Fluxus,” conducted from 8:00 PM Wednesday to 8:00 PM Thursday across 50 locations nationwide and involving 170 inspectors, a total of 2,109 economic operators were inspected.
In addition to food products, 10 control instruments used for temperature monitoring were seized.
The operation resulted in 19 administrative offense cases being initiated, with primary violations including the lack of metrological control, absence of equipment for measuring and recording temperature, inadequate hygiene conditions during transport, and deficiencies in the traceability of food products.
The operation aimed to ensure compliance with the transportation conditions of circulating goods (both food and non-food items) on major routes leading to large urban, industrial, supply, and cross-border centers.
