
Fifteen districts of mainland Portugal will be under an orange warning, the second highest level, today due to heavy rain, as announced by the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA). The district of Setúbal will be under a red warning.
In the mainland, only Vila Real and Bragança are under a yellow warning.
The Madeira archipelago will also be under a yellow warning, while the Azores remain the only region in green.
