The access to Highway A3 via National Road 23 (EN12), from Porto to Valença, for those coming from S. João, will be closed due to “maintenance works” from Wednesday night until Thursday morning, as well as from Thursday night to Friday morning.
A statement from BCR – Brisa Concessão Rodoviária indicates that the works will occur “on both nights between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.”
“On the night from Thursday to Friday, also between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, but in the Valença – Porto direction, the exit to EN12 towards Rio Tinto will be closed,” it reads, adding that “detour routes will be signposted.”
