The Nova Arcada shopping center introduces the brand as a “genuine phenomenon” on social media, highlighting its expanding presence in Portugal. Colis Colis, a brand known for lost parcels, has now opened in Braga on the first floor of Nova Arcada.
The concept revolves around the sale of mystery boxes containing unexpected items from misplaced orders, according to a statement.
What can customers find? “Among the products discovered in other stores are computers, mobile phones, car parts, clothing and accessories from well-known brands—such as Gucci handbags—smartwatches, and even gaming items. However, there are also many less valuable products, and the contents are unknown as the order is wrapped. Customers can only guess what’s inside based on the box size, shape, or by shaking the item,” the statement reads.
In practice, these parcels are sold by weight. “Orders weighing less than two kilograms are priced at €25.99 per kilogram; those between two and four kilograms cost €23.99 per kilogram; and, for boxes weighing more than four kilograms, the price is €20.99 per kilogram,” it states.
