The Portuguese Institute for Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) has issued an orange warning (the second most severe) today due to wind on the north coast, with gusts expected to reach up to 130 kilometers per hour.
This warning is in effect at least until 6 PM, after which it will downgrade to yellow.
For maritime agitation, the IPMA has issued the most severe warning (red) starting from 9 PM today until 6 PM on Saturday.
