
Sixty-seven employees will depart through mutual agreement terminations, with another ten opting for early retirement.

The Spanish group Abanca finalized its acquisition of EuroBic last July, positioning itself as the seventh-largest banking entity in Portugal with this transaction.
In September, EuroBic/Abanca announced a network reorganization, which included the closure of 24 branches and a plan for mutual agreement terminations and early retirements.
According to the Portuguese Banking Association (APB), as of June 2024, EuroBic employed 1,430 staff members, while Abanca had 401 employees.
