The median bank appraisal value for housing was 1,886 euros per square meter in May 2025, an increase of 20 euros from the previous month, as reported by the National Statistics Institute (INE) on Thursday.
“In year-on-year terms, the rate of change stood at 17.1% (16.9% in April),” stated the INE communication.
The number of bank appraisals considered was approximately 35,300, “representing a decrease of 1.4% compared to the previous month and an increase of 7.5% year-on-year.”
