The body of a 54-year-old man was discovered yesterday, Wednesday, at 19:15, on Cidade de Bolama Street in Lisbon.
“The Public Security Police (PSP) was informed of the situation of a deceased individual. PSP went to the scene and verified a man, 54 years old, with no vital signs,” a PSP source confirmed to Notícias ao Minuto.
The same source added that “the body was found by a family member”, and noted that PSP “took charge of the occurrence and reported the findings to the Public Prosecutor’s Office (MP) and the Judiciary Police (PJ), as there are suspicions of a crime.”
The Correio da Manhã reported that the man’s body was discovered in a bedroom of his home, allegedly by his brother. It further mentioned that the deceased had “a plastic bag over his head” and a “history of drug use.”
