A Brazilian DJ is among those detained in the Last Massage operation conducted by the Public Security Police (PSP) on Tuesday, April 1, in Lisbon.
Rebeka Episcopo, known as Beka, is suspected of leading the prostitution network under investigation in this case, which also resulted in the arrest of a police officer who was on leave.
The woman has lived in Europe for over 30 years, residing in Portugal, and was a resident DJ at Radio Pure Ibiza in Spain, while also performing at multiple events.
The Brazilian website reports that Rebeka is also a producer, businesswoman, and international model, boasting over 65,000 followers on social media. It is on these platforms that she presents herself as the owner of two Nuru spas located in Lisbon and Cascais.
In total, six people aged between 29 and 57 were detained. The charges include aggravated pandering and tax fraud to Social Security.
In a statement, the PSP disclosed that during the operation, eight residential search warrants and nine non-residential search warrants were executed, resulting in the seizure of firearms and 107,565 euros in cash, among other items.
The Brazilian DJ is expected to appear this Saturday for her initial judicial interrogation to determine the measures of restraint.
