The median value of bank appraisals for housing reached 1,866 euros per square meter in April 2025, marking an increase of 19 euros from the previous month, according to data released by INE this Tuesday.
On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change was 16.9%, consistent with March.
“It should be noted that the number of bank appraisals considered was approximately 35,800, representing a 2.3% decrease compared to the previous month and a 12.2% increase year-on-year,” the INE noted.
