
The campaign for the May 18 legislative elections marks its fifth day today, with party leaders represented in parliament making their way through seven districts without any encounters.
Coinciding with the second day of the Conclave to elect Pope Francis’s successor, the president of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) is scheduled to visit Fátima, Figueira da Foz, and Coimbra, concluding his day in Santarém.
Meanwhile, the Socialist Party (PS) delegation has chosen the central region, with party leader Pedro Nuno Santos engaging with the residents of Covilhã before heading to Castelo Branco.
