A vehicle plunged into the Douro River following an accident on Sunday night in the parish of Foz do Sousa and Covelo, located in Gondomar.
The alert was issued at 8:27 PM, as confirmed by the Porto Metropolitan Area’s Sub-regional Command for Emergency and Civil Protection.
