The Casais Group is building a housing project for controlled rents in the Forças Armadas subdivision, in Entrecampos, in the city of Lisbon, in a project budgeted at nine million euros, the construction company said in a statement this Wednesday, April 10.
The work began in January and should be completed by the end of 2026. The client is SRU Lisboa Ocidental, S.A – Sociedade de Reabilitação Urbana.
This building consists of 68 residential units, of which 15 are studio apartments, 23 are one-bedroom apartments and 30 are two-bedroom apartments. The residential area of this project will be centered between floor one (which will include two commercial areas) and floor eight, with floor nine being the technical penthouse.
António Carlos Rodrigues, CEO of the Casais Group, points out that “the housing segment is currently at a stage where intervention at critical points is extremely necessary. To do this, it is crucial to act in an agile and consistent manner and it makes us very proud to be able to be part of this process.”
