The energy company announced in a statement to the Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários (CMVM) that it acquired shares in three batches of 10,000 each at 10:26, 14:00, and 15:18 last Friday, at prices of 3.94 euros, 3.9 euros, and 3.87 euros per share, respectively.
Following this transaction, Miguel Stilwell de Andrade now holds a total of 700,424 shares of EDP.
As of 09:15 today, EDP shares on the PSI were up 0.67% to 3.92 euros.
