Three individuals were injured on the morning of Monday, April 14, in a collision involving two passenger vehicles and a van on National Road 109 (EN109) in the locality of Carreira, Leiria.
The Leiria District Relief Operations Command (CDOS) confirmed that all the victims sustained minor injuries and are en route to the hospital.
The accident was reported at approximately 9:30 a.m. On the scene were 11 members of the Leiria Volunteer Fire Brigade, the Ortigosa Volunteer Fire Brigade, and the National Republican Guard (GNR), supported by five vehicles.
