An accident on the National Road (EN) 247 involving a car and a motorcycle resulted in one fatality and one minor injury today in Mafra, Lisbon district, leading to the closure of the road in the parish of Encarnação.
Authorities reported that the alert for the accident was received at 4:29 PM, deploying the Ericeira Volunteer Firefighters, the National Institute of Medical Emergency (INEM), and the National Republican Guard (GNR) to the scene.
As of 7:30 PM, the EN remained closed in the parish of Encarnação.
