The Contrasta Festival is back in Valença on July 12th and 13th. Here’s the full line-up for the third edition of the Contrasta Festival.
MANU CHAO | Charismatic musician, known for his musical diversity, mixing influences from alternative rock, reggae and punk rock.
RICHIE CAMPBELL | Recognized as the first internet musical phenomenon in Portugal to be successful on a national and international scale, leader of the new generation of Portuguese artists.
MANEL CRUZ | Ornatos Violeta, Foge Foge Bandido, Pluto and Supernada are all projects that have marked the last few decades of Portuguese music and which share the midas touch of Manel Cruz. This year, after a creative hiatus, the musician is returning to the stage to present new songs and revisit themes from his discography, now revisited solo and in an intimate format.
YANG | With two albums under his belt, Yang has been building a remarkable, albeit discreet, career on the increasingly broad national map of rhymes and beats. YANG is the prototype of an artist born in an era in which the boundaries between musical genres are increasingly blurred and what matters is the best blend each one can make.
DJ CAROLINA TORRES | Whether in front of the cameras or on stage, Carolina Torres has been an inescapable name in entertainment for the last decade. Of the many epithets and roles we could try to describe her with – singer, actress, DJ, presenter, producer – nothing sums her up better than the following 3 words: talent, grace, creativity.
DJ ALEX MOON | Brings to the public proposals full of rhythms that make us travel through very unique sounds. From Mali to Congo, with stops in Cape Verde and immersions in the Sahara desert, this sonic journey leaves no one standing still!
