Customers will be able to access the Complaints Book by QR Code

The Directorate-General for the Consumer (DGC) has announced that it will launch a new label featuring a QR Code on April 29, enabling customers to more easily access the Electronic Complaints Book.

This initiative, conducted in partnership with the INCM, aims to modernize and make the method of accessing the Electronic Complaints Book more sustainable, according to an agenda note.

The DGC explains that this new label is designed to be displayed on the counters of physical stores, serving as an incentive to use the electronic version of the Complaints Book.

The presentation event is scheduled for April 29 at 10:00 AM, in the Salão Nobre of the Imprensa Nacional-Casa da Moeda (INCM) (Av. de António José de Almeida, 1000-042 Lisbon), where an annual data presentation session of the Complaints Book will take place.
